This is the sixth generation of complete web site overhauls since 1998. I decided to switch to a CMS (Content Management System) based database due to the fact that it just made perfect sense on account of the Internets' constant changing times, the demands for increased security and my slightly obsessive ways. So after having tried several different cms and portal systems out there, such as Drupal, Geeklog, PHP Nuke and Mambo, Joomla seemed to fit most everything we needed to launch our new web site with all new protocols.
